Berlin 18-19 January 2007 Our culturally diverse Union of 27 member states is facing major challenges in a fast-changing world. To meet these challenges together, and to move the European project forward, we need a European decision-making system that is simple, effective, transparent and – above all – democratic. Healthy democracy at European level requires genuine two-way communication between the people and the policy-makers. Le petit monde de Margot On ne peut plus évoquer Margot Wallström, la Commissaire européenne suédoise en charge de la communication de l’Union, sans l’associer au mot « blog ». Depuis qu'elle a lancé le sien en janvier 2005, elle a trouvé sa place au cœur de la blogosphère européenne. Vice-présidente de la Commission Barroso, Margot Wallström est devenue un véritable phénomène dans la communauté des bloggeurs.
